The HMSPACES shoes can heat on two temperatures.
If the shoes heats on 45°C (113°F), the estimated heating time is 10 hours.
If the shoes heats on 60°C (140°F), the estimated heating time is 8 hours.
The shoes comes with a power adapter which accepts AC 100 ~ 240V power source, you can directly plug it to your home electric system.
Yes. The circuit and batteries in shoes are waterproof design, you can wash the shoes via hand wish or machine wash.
Depending on the application we use:
Kid – for fine ladies shoes.
Calf – all of our linings are generally made from calf, some of our uppers are made from calf also.
The battery we use on shoes is Lithium battery.
A few things to consider when choosing the size of your shoes. We put together a description of all of our sizes.
– Use the “how do i measure my size” to determine what to look for when deciding on the type of shoe that will suit you, or to take measurements from scratch.
– The size chart will help you convert from cm or american sizes etc.
We recommend reading through this to help determine which shoe size and style would be best suited to your foot shape.
finally the last four sections are considerations when determining how you are going to wear your shoes, these are all factors when determining the best fit for you.
There are a few critical measurements that need to be considered when deciding the type of last that will suit you.
Measurements: (a ruler and flexible tape will be required to take accurate measurements)
– Short heel (or around your heel and ankle), Instep and ball measurements as well as the length of your foot from the back of your heel to the end of your longest toe. (see diagram below) the method required to take these measurements is outlined in the step by step guide below.
Other considerations are:
– Toe box depth and width – if you have wide or splayed toes then a rounder toe will suit you (read about our lasts in the FAQ section ‘our lasts’ below)
– Pitch (this is the difference between the height of the shoe at the heel and the ball of the foot) – a consideration for people who have issues with pressure on their forefoot, the higher the heel the more pressure there.
– Width at ball – Each last will fit slightly differently here, the measurements you take will indicate how your foot matches up with our lasts.
– Height of arch/instep – A higher arch/instep will be better accommodated by a shoe with more adjustment over that area.
Firstly: Place a ruler against a nice flat wall with the ‘0’ at the point where the wall intersects the floor. (see below)
Secondly: Place one foot at a time on the ruler with your heel against the wall. Place the longest part of your foot over the ruler measurement (this may not be you big toe).
Repeat this for the other foot, note that they may be slightly different lengths (this is quite common).
You will need a flexible tape (a dress makers tape, these are readily available from any supermarket, haberdashery store or even Ikea). wrap the tape around the back of your heel at the bottom to the front of your ankle at the top and record the measurement where the tape overlaps. it is important that the tape is neither too lose nor tight, you want it to be taught but not tight.
Read the summary page if you are unsure of where this measurement should be taken and see below image for a reference.
Take the flexible tape forward and wrap it around the high part of your arch/instep. This should be held at the same tension to the previous step.
Read the summary page if you are unsure of where this measurement should be taken and see below image for a reference.
The final measurement is of the ball (joint) of your foot. This measurement is done across the widest point of your foot and should be on a slight angle (further forward on the big toe side than the little). It should be taken at the widest point of your first big toe joint and the widest point of your little toe joint.
Read the summary page if you are unsure of where this measurement should be taken and see below image for a reference.
The thickness of your sock can vary the fitting of your shoes up to a half size. If you are trying them on with a business sock but intend to wear a padded sock or explorer style sock with them then you may need to increase the size by a half size.
The larger the fitting of the shoe at the toes or the forefoot generally the more comfortable the shoe, however this will affect the aesthetics of the shoe.
When considering a bike shoe for instance you want them to be firmer fitting and shorter in the toe box as they will be more efficient at transferring power. Where as if you are looking for a shoe for business then an elongated toe wont effect the performance of the shoe.
Because all heated shoes are special usage, it is important to make your choice carefully.

Here are some FAQ / Suggestions if you have special fitting requirements.
Because we offer standard sizes only, so please have a look at the standard sizes in our online shop and take note of the sizing chart to see if they will fit your feet. We currently can NOT tailor make a pair of shoes to suit your exact specifications.
Each pair of shoes has fur inside and has a wide toe cap. But we still strongly recommend you to get in touch with us before you purchase the shoes. It is important that the style of shoe that is worn doesn’t have seams or stitching across the bunion. We would be happy to discuss any options with you.
Not a problem at all! Even our standard sized shoes are able to be ordered in split sizes, but please contact us first so that we can prepare the shoes for you.
We don’t recommend you to try those heated shoes. Because the shoes heats with the insole, the orthotics will prevent the heating function.
Buying a pair of heated shoes is an investment. Further to this a pair of heated shoes can last upwards of 5 years depending on your use and how you look after them. It depends on the care and maintenance applied to it during its life. Here are a few pointers for different applications for how to get the most out of your new heated shoes or leather product.
Firstly don’t worry, we should be able to repair them. Simply stop wearing them; Use the controller to check if the heated circuit was damaged or not.
Keep them out of wet weather and bring them in or take some pictures and send them to us so we can run you through the options for repair. In future however it is best to keep an eye on the soles of your shoes and have them repaired before it gets to the hole stage.
If you happen to suffer from a hot foot whilst wearing shoes, firstly don’t worry, the shoes has a self-drying function to dry the inside of shoes when the shoes is plugged in.
You should also alternate your shoes each day to allow each one to dry out completely and potentially use a powder after wear to absorb the moisture inside the shoe to maintain them as best as possible.
All products are priced in United States Dollars and exchange rates applicable at the time of payment will apply to purchases made with a different currency.
Exchange rates vary but there are a number of online conversion tools available. Google will give you a rough idea by typing your query on Google search.
We will process the payment in USD$ so the exchange rate will be determined by your bank provider at the time of this transaction.
Each products sold on HMSPACES.COM doesn’t contain tax. No tax included in the listed prices.
You may need to pay the import tariff if the item is locked at your country custom.
Payment can be made on our website with Paypal and Credit card. We also accept cheque, cash and direct transfer, contact us to organise this as a payment method and payment will need to clear before the order can be confirmed.
Check the FAQ relevant to the shipping. Our shipping policy is this: Keep it simple.
The best way to work out postage is to select the item you’re after in the appropriate quantity and ‘add it to the cart’. Then enter your shipping details (country and postcode) and it will automatically calculate the postage amount for you.
We certainly do. Depending on the size and quantity of the items in your cart international shipping will be calculated on checkout.
We take no responsibility for import taxes that may apply on entry into your country.
In general, we will declare the value of your items in a low price ($30 per each good) to avoid the import tariff, but this action is not 100% feasible. In case the items are snap-checked by your country custom, you need to pay the taxes(It will be not expensive due to it’s calculated on the low declare value).
If you are unsure about this please check with your local customs office before placing your order. Generally speaking though all our items are generally very easy to ship.
In general, we need to 1 day to handle up the preparation work for your order, and the shipping time may take about 5 – 7 business days. The specific time will be shorter or longer depending on your shipping address.
The delivery time may be extended 3 – 5 business day if you order the shoes in busy season or holidays.
Sure! Leave a note when you place an order and we’ll get in touch. Or better yet, email/phone us first and we’ll chat about the different shipping options and their costs.
If you need your purchase by a certain date then check with us first to make sure we can do that.
We will supply you with a tracking number via the email address you provide for you to track the delivery once the courier picks up your package.
We use DHL express for primary delivery company and sometimes UPS, FEDEX, SINGAPORE POST and CHINA POST if you have a need.
All of our parcels are registered with the agent express company called 4PX. We need to talk with them and would have to make an investigation into the claim and see what can be done.
By limited by the delivery company, we would have to be closed each year holidays like Spring Festival. If you have a query about delivery/dispatch times of a specific order, please contact us to check on its status and likely delivery time.
You will keep in mind to follow the next points during wearing your heated shoes.
